Using CF 2.1 with Old Variables: Pros and Cons of Manual Setup for New Projects

Hi all, Does anyone use CF 2.1 with old variables? I design and build manually, so I wonder whether I should start my new project with CF 2.1 starter and manually copy Relume components. Is there a downside to this approach?

Olha S. sure, if you are using an older style guide version and want to use CF2.1, it should work - you can just change your library or site builder preferences to match. Here’s a link to a doc that goes over how to use Relume with an existing project or how to add Relume components to an older style guide.
