How are you charging for “de-claudifying” a site?

Recently had a client come to me with a site they’d designed with Claude and asking me to de-claudify it. I came back with a proposal to start from scratch, using their v0 to understand what they were needing. Initially they were good with that but then they switched to wanting just a couple hours of my time to take out the obvious Claude signs, like eyebrows everywhere and default fonts. How are you guys thinking about charging for these kinds of projects? 3 hours of my time charged hourly doesn’t feel right to me, but that’s what it would probably take.
