I’d like to be able to create content globals for service times

Unrelated to above… It’d be nice to be able to create content globals. For my use-case, I have services times of 9 & 11:30 a.m. scattered all throughout my site. Anytime we change a service time for one day I’ll need to go hunt those all down. I guess I could ask an agent, but I’d be a little nervous something might get missed.
