Had a question about pricing. Let's say I design and build a site for client and publish it. Then get them set up on their own Relume account so that I can transfer ownership - does the publish fee (e.g. $16pm for 6k visitor small site) also give them access to the 4 agents and build features? or is the hosting fee only for hosting, then they need a standard Relume account for making edits and AI access?
Jonathan P. good question! The hosting fee ($16/mo) is only for the site hosting and it would transfer. They'll have a free workspace - so they could use the agents and make edits to the site - and in most cases likely do so without needing to upgrade the workspace plan. Otherwise if they want to have more AI usage, they would upgrade their own workspace plan to do so.
ok cool.. so a free "builder" account plus site hosting.. and they can upgrade to pro builder if they need more firepower.. that's spot on. thanks
follow on question pls Matt J. - part of what I'd want the client to have is their full website brief, design, context etc.. would that all transfer over for them? thinking is I build the site and when client is ready to take things over, to have them sign up for their own free relume account. Then I transfer over.. End goal is they pay Relume directly, have the 4 AI agents to use (within reason) and take things from there.
Jonathan P. yeah so if you transfer the project to the client's workspace - the brief and context transfers. AI chat history doesn't transfer. One technical thing - paying the host bill then transferring project doesn't yet automatically transfer - but on the support side we can make this transfer happen. So I would recommend making the transfer to a workspace first, then do the hosting plan.
Nice one.. thanks 🙂
